@1MiketheMechanic yeah it was a great kit. They sent me a bunch of stuff to review. And they did discontinue this. I had a lot of viewrs fo buy it when this came out. The wrenches that get stripped bolts off work amazing. They sent me two sets. I gave one set to rainman ray.

@FORDTECH313 yep. The thing is it wasn't opened. They did a great job resealing it. My ford dealer got it from another ford dealer across town who had it. That's what makes it more interesting. Ford doesn't accept returns on open electronics. I checked. This is considered electronic/electrical. So whoever did it. Pulled a fast one. Oh I subbed to your channel too

@FORDTECH313 I've had it for about 3 years now. Still golds up. I only use it for the big trucks thay have like 4 batteries like our internationals. Other than thay I use the LokiThor J401 jump pack which has just about as much power as this. I would highly recommend the lokithor j401 for home use as the jump pack in this video is for heavy duty commercial use. Kind of an overkill

I have the gb150 when I’m at the shop but I want one for side hustle 💰I thought I’d give the top don a try just straight garbage

@RW-jg9zv sounds to me like the camera isn't in the correct position. Recalibration only takes about 2 min. Wonder if they put the camera in the exact spot. Also look outside on the windshield where the camera is. There should be a amber diagonal line. Is one there?

@peterbenson3776 short trips is bad on oil. It's very fuel diluted because it doesn't get up to temp to evaporate unburned fuel. I believe in the product and I'm doing this oil testing to prove you can go further and save money. Can't do it with cheap oil. And can't with mobile one. Amsoil is designed to do it. People always think just because oil is dark it's bad. Thats not the case. It means it's doing it's job. The only way to tell if it's good is to test it. A lot of videos you see where people go 10k and it looks like crap is because they use a crap oil. Also yes my driving conditions. It works well for me where I am. I'll guarantee if you switch over you can go further than 3-4k especially if you quit short tripping it. Who doesn't like saving money. If I didn't think I could go that far I wouldn't do it. That's why I do the testing. Not because someone said dont.go that far the oil is bad. Maybe I can go further. Maybe 8k is my limit. It really depends on what the test says. Mine never smells like fuel. And I wouldn't push a top tier product if I didn't believe in it or thought it would do as it claims. There's also a lot of videos out there showing what amsoil does. Even banks uses amsoil. The protection alone is amazing. I have people leave comments saying they switched to amsoil and saw an increase in fuel mileage and the engine runs better. Stop short tripping. Drive it at least 10-15 miles. Let it heat up. Cause that fuel dilution is what is destroying it. That and idling for long periods of time.

@969Garage bumper to bumper warranty is 3 years 36k miles. So if you're over they then no. It is not covered under powertrain at all. Don't know why they are blaming fluid film. They won't cause it to clunk/rattle. Sounds like they don't want to replace them. The truck in this video was still under warranty at the time and covered. If you are less than 3 year 36k miles, it should absolutely cover it

Mine is a clunk noise when ever I accelerate from a stop . Sounds like it's coming from leaf springs but my truck being a 22 is a differnt style and doesn't have that clasp your showing

I don't believe so but also didn't know they made a 2 peace . It's a 2022 f150 with a 3.5 ecoboost

@969Garage some have a two piece. Some have a solid. Maybe it was 14 was the last year for Two piece. There was a tsb for that to grease the slip joint. Is yours 4 wheel drive? Could be the transfer case. Could also be something in the transmission thay needs a reprogram. Could be the driveshaft angle like on some of the Rangers.

Amsoil 5W30 XL. They 10,000 mile oil change and analysis is coming yp very soon. About 900 miles to go.

@Mrniceguy179 for some reason xl works better in my vehicle. Possibly cause of how I drive and where I live. I should try SS next time.

My 2017 bmw 3 series F30 were running European oil OEM & LM 5W40 for the past 6 years. This year, I decided to use an American Oil, which is the Amsoil SS 5W30. So far so good, I get a little bit of fuel savings and my engine is more reactive to the oil.

Currently I'm driving a 2000 short bed regular cab 2wd. 235k miles and still gets me around. 5.4 2 valve. Burns about a quart to a quart and a half between oil changes. Hey I can live with that. @@larryphillips4164 because you installed a hybrid electric setup. If you were to just change out the transmission assembly and go back with the same one. Or performed internal repairs you would have to. That setup sounds sweet

Yeah I do believe there is a TSB for that. For the 18 and 19 too. My buddies 18 consumes oil. I have to reprogram his pcm and put a new dipstick in it for him. I can double check on this for you if you email me your VIN. I can see if you have any open recalls or outstanding service actions.

@@Canthus13 it's controlled through the body control module and uses the battery monitor system to look at state of charge. Doesn't really draw too much on the battery like a first cold start in the morning.

6 speeds were awesome. Haven't had issues with my 10 speed. But. It's the manufacturer having to abide by epa rules for fuel mileage is what it boils down to in all reality.

@helixdraco for a 2015 year model? Doubtful. Even if it was it would have warranty Info stamped on it with work order number date and technician number. Then get put into a warranty bin. Wouldn't even be in computer inventory

@mardon131 oh you mean the starter and flywheel I haven't replaced cause it doesn't do what you claim. Plenty of videos out that proving that's a myth too. Know why. Cause not all of them actually use the starter to restart. Educate yourself before you comment things like this. Have a great day
